Privacy Policy for AutoEasy

Who We Are

AutoEasy is operated by Marek Kabaciński, Sulisława 2, Środa Wielkopolska, Poland. You can contact us at contact@autoeasy.pl.

AutoEasy helps users create, schedule, and publish content to connected social accounts, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, X accounts, and LinkedIn organization pages.

Information We Collect

When you use AutoEasy, we may collect and process:

  • Account information, such as email address and user account ID.
  • Facebook Page information, such as Page ID, Page name, Page access token, and publishing permissions.
  • Instagram Business account information linked to a Facebook Page.
  • X account information, such as account ID, display name, access token, refresh token, and publishing permissions.
  • LinkedIn organization page information, such as organization ID, organization name, access token, refresh token when provided, and permissions granted to AutoEasy.
  • Content you create or upload, including captions, images, videos, scheduled publish dates, and campaign details.
  • Publishing metadata, such as post IDs, publishing status, errors, and permalink URLs returned by social platform APIs.
  • Technical information needed to operate the service, such as authentication/session data and request logs.

Meta Platform Data

If you connect AutoEasy to Facebook or Instagram, we request permissions needed to display connected Pages/accounts and publish content you schedule. These permissions may include pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, and instagram_content_publish.

We use Meta Platform data only to provide AutoEasy features, including account connection, scheduling, publishing, and publishing-status display. We do not sell Meta Platform data.

X Platform Data

If you connect AutoEasy to X, we request permissions needed to identify the connected account, upload image media, and publish posts you schedule. These permissions may include tweet.read, tweet.write, users.read, media.write, and offline.access.

We use X Platform data only to provide AutoEasy features, including account connection, scheduling, publishing, token refresh, and publishing-status display.

LinkedIn Platform Data

If you connect AutoEasy to LinkedIn, we request permissions needed to identify organization pages you administer and maintain the connection. These permissions may include r_organization_admin. If LinkedIn publishing is enabled later, we may also request approved social publishing permissions such as r_organization_social and w_organization_social.

We use LinkedIn data only to provide AutoEasy features, including account connection, account display, and future LinkedIn publishing features after user authorization.

How We Use Information

  • To authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • To connect Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, X accounts, and LinkedIn organization pages.
  • To create, schedule, and publish social media posts requested by users.
  • To store uploaded media and generated campaign content.
  • To display publishing history and diagnose publishing failures.
  • To maintain service security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Third-Party Services

AutoEasy may use trusted providers to operate the service, including:

  • Meta APIs for Facebook and Instagram publishing.
  • X API for X publishing.
  • LinkedIn API for LinkedIn organization page connection and future publishing features.
  • Cloudinary for media storage and delivery.
  • Clerk for authentication.
  • OpenAI for campaign and content generation.
  • HeyGen or ElevenLabs when avatar/video features are used.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share data only with service providers needed to operate AutoEasy, with Meta APIs when publishing content you request, or where required by law or needed to protect AutoEasy, users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain account data, connected account data, scheduled posts, publishing metadata, and uploaded media for as long as needed to provide AutoEasy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your AutoEasy data, email contact@autoeasy.pl from the email address associated with your AutoEasy account. You can also review our Data Deletion Instructions.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including access controls and secure storage practices. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

AutoEasy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

International Data Transfers

AutoEasy and its providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. By using AutoEasy, you understand that your data may be processed internationally.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
